By accessing or using CutePic ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

CutePic is a wedding photo sharing platform that allows photographers and couples to:

• Upload and store wedding photos
• Share photos with guests via unique event codes
• Use AI-powered face recognition to find photos
• Allow guests to upload their own photos
• Download high-resolution photos

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

You must register for an account to use certain features. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.3 Age Requirement

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Content Ownership and Rights

4.1 Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos and content you upload. By uploading content, you grant CutePic a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

4.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You represent that you have all necessary rights to upload and share the content.

4.3 Prohibited Content

You agree not to upload content that:

• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains illegal material
• Is defamatory, obscene, or offensive
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Violates any applicable laws

5. Subscription and Payments

5.1 Pricing

We offer various subscription plans with different features and pricing. Current pricing is displayed on our pricing page.

5.2 Billing

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

5.4 Refunds

Refunds may be issued at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if you have not substantially used the Service.

6. Free Tier Limitations

Free tier accounts are subject to the following limitations:

• Storage limited to 500 photos per event
• Maximum of 1 event
• Content may be deleted after 30 days of inactivity
• Limited download quota per day

7. AI Features

Our AI-powered face recognition features are provided to help organize and find photos. By using these features, you consent to the processing of faces in your photos. Face data is processed securely and not shared with third parties.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CutePic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. You use the Service at your own risk.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CutePic and its affiliates from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.

11. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
